- Design and construction- We undertake mechanical, electrical and civil engineering design and construction.
- General Procurement - Our cost effective and value adding services is carried out through purchase planning, standards determination, specifications development, research and selection, disposals and other related functions
- Maintenance - undertaking maintenance in production plants, power plants and refineries, maintenance organization and maintenance audit, shutdown planning and execution.
- Project management/Planning-: acting as project managers and planners and oversees it from initiation to commissioning
- Condition monitoring.- developing condition monitoring strategy for plants taking cognisance of criticality and supplying a wide range of tools and sensors like accelerometers, thermal cameras, oil analysers etc
- Spares /inventory management - carrying out spares rationalization to ensure that the right spares are held in stock and installation of inventory management software where none exist and exploring industry wide stock joint ownership.
- Training / workshop- we undertake training of your maintenance workforce on industry best practices and training towards certification in physical asset management.
- Asset management- in conjunction with our maintenance unit and Uk technical partners, we undertake life cycle asset care ensuring maximum integrity, reliability and availability.
- Asset evaluation- this is done for companies and government agencies seeking to value their physical assets for insurance and other purposes.
